PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project allows Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) to plan for facility needs, program needs, balance enrollment, and develop scope studies for major capital projects. HCPS believes proper planning is imperative to efficiently maintaining facilities to provide a safe, secure, and health learning environment that is conducive to effective teaching and learning, creativity and innovation. The FY 23 request includes a Scope Study. This is to update and complete a scope study for William Paca/Old Post Road at $200,000.
