Project Schedule/Status: This project is under constructed and has been funded with ARPA funds. The recordation tax appropriated on this project is no longer needed.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes the renovation and replacement of the HVAC system at the William McFaul Activities Center. The current HVAC system has reached the end of its useful life. The McFaul Center serves the greater Bel Air community and includes programming from the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Bel Air Recreation Council, the County Office on Aging, and the Boys and Girls Club. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2018 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program Recommendations.
