Project Schedule/Status: FY 23: Additional HVAC renovation, part of the system has been replaced.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project includes renovations to some of the existing building systems at the Edgewood Recreation and Community Center. Previous funds were used for engineering and replacement of the existing HVAC system. Additional residential development is anticipated in the Edgewood community. Population growth will generate demand for additional recreation facilities. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2018 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program Recommendations.
