Project Schedule/Status: This project will be closed and removed from the Capital Improvement Program following completion of the audit in July, 2022.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project provides for the annual maintenance of dams, which are the responsibility of Harford County, including but not limited to dams located at Deer Creek, Lake Serene and the Oaks of Harford. In addition, the project will provide the funding for the triennial maintenance inspections of stormwater management facilities mandated by the Maryland Department of the Environment and for the repairs to private stormwater management facilities, which present an immediate danger to the public or environmental health or are a safety hazard because of an unsafe condition or improper maintenance. The costs of repairs would be assessed against the owners.
