Human Relations initiatives include Commission Meetings, Celebration of Cultures, Fair Housing Education, Choose Civility, Community Conversations. Conflict Resolution Training. Volunteer initiatives include Harford's Most Beautiful, Day of Service, EOC Hotline, Project Homeless Connect.. Reentry initiatives includes Second Chance Job Fair, Reentry Mediations.
