Performance Measure 2: Tennis Courts- Reservations ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

This measure tracks the revenue generated from tennis court reservations.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

It is important to track revenue from the reservations of tennis courts because it shows revenue generated from all customers, not just members.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

Factors contributing to the current performance include ideal court conditions, a centralized and convenient location, and the ability to host tournaments.

Performance Measure 3: ShowMobile ABOUT THIS MEASURE: This measure tracks ShowMobile rental revenue.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Tracking this performance measure gives the department an idea who uses the ShowMobile and how often it is used.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

Factors contributing to the current performance include the various groups that utilize the ShowMobile for events, low operational maintenance and easy access for booking.

Performance Measure 4: Weddings-Swan Harbor Farm ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

This measure tracks the wedding and event reservations at Swan Harbor Farm and the revenue generated from those events, and also includes the annual Farming Lease payment.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

This is an important measure to track because it is one of the Departments highest revenue generators.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

One of the major contributing factors to the current performance is due to SHF being maintained year round for optimal aesthetics.

Performance Measure 5: Room/ Pavillion Rentals ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

This measure tracks the Fitness memberships, Room and Park Pavillion rental revenue.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Tracking Fitness memberships, Room and Park Pavillion rental revenue is important because it shows us how many citizens are using the facilities and what locations are the most visited.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

There are various factors contributing to the current performance measure including upgrades to facilities and the affordable cost for users.
