Performance Measure 1: Number of preventative maintenance services ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

The measure tracks the number of preventative maintenance services to County facilities and equipment.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: sustain and possibly exceed their life cycles thereby reducing the number of capital projects and assisting in determining where funding should be allocated. Performance Measure 2: Number of completed work orders within 5 days ABOUT THIS MEASURE: The measure evaluates the number of work orders completed within 5 days of receipt.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Work orders are evaluated utilizing Facility Dude to determine priorities and identify efficiencies and adjacencies.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

F&O is in need of additional maintenance and mechanical staff to continue to operate at this percentage.
