TO MAINTAIN OPERATIONAL READINESS IN THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER

TO PURSUE A RADIO AND TELEPHONE QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM TO COINCIDE WITH OUR CURRENT PROTOCOL QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

TO PROMOTE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND AWARENESS
