ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

The measure evaluates the number of work orders completed within 5 days of receipt.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Work orders are evaluated utilizing Facility Dude to determine priorities and identify efficiencies and adjacencies.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

F&O is in need of additional maintenance and mechanical staff to continue to operate at this percentage.

Performance Measure 3: Number of County assets tracked

ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

The measure records capital assets pursuant to procedures, policies and County Code.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

and Section 41-39 of the Harford County Code through the annual inventory, routine spot checks, and responsible and appropriate disposal. Tracking capital assets and data sensitive electronics to be in compliance with Harford County Policy, F&O .03/.04

Departments need to follow the procedures for adding, transferring or disposing of capital assets.

Performance Measure 4: Tracking of pieces of mail

ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

Tracking of mail to determine cost savings efforts.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Being tracked each day to determine if it can be presorted to save on postage using the

customer base pricing permit.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

Keep customer base pricing permit active.

Performance Measure 5: Revenue generated from GovDeals website and savings through reuse.

ABOUT THIS MEASURE:

Savings to County through the sale of surplus property on the GovDeals website and through the reuse of

County property at the warehouse.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:
