PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project provides for the design and construction of a new yard trip drop-off facility for the convenience of residents in the Southern portion of the County. Currently, facilities are located on the north side Bel Air and the Harford Mulch and Compost Facility in Scarboro. The new facility will operate similarly to the Tollgate Road facility near Bel Air. The project is related to the Harford County Ten Year Solid Waste Management Plan to promote recycling and provide for proper solid waste management.

FY 25 Prior Paygo is reallocated from the Scarboro Landfill Groundwater Treatment Plant project.
