PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will provide funding to procure a consultant to conduct a disparity study to determine whether inequities exist in procurement that adversely affect minorities and/or women. The evidence will determine whether the County has a strong basis for implementing race and gender concious contracting policies.

Prior Paygo in the amount of $107,700 will be reallocated to the Demolition of Abandoned Buildings Capital Project; and $200,000 will be reallocated to the HarfordTV Mobile Production Van Capital Project.
