PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located between Burgh Westra Way and Snapdragon Ct.
This 54" culvert carries Laurel Bush Road over a Tributary to Bynum Run. This project is to replace/supplement the existing culvert to address occasional flooding of the stream channel and roadway during large storm events. A new structure would consist of a larger opening to pass larger design storms. This project is consistent with the Master Planning goal of maintaining a safe and adequate transportation system to serve existing and future populations.
