FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: It's important to track this measure because it tells the Department what programs are being utilized by the public, and what programs are successful. Factors contributing to the current performance measure include the variety of programs available and the times they are available. This tracks program participants of the programs offered by the Department.
