Track the number of grants applied for and complete performance measures to track within each grant.
WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:
To be fiscally responsible for the funding and provide funding for substance use and mental health programs.

Funding and staff availiability. No additional funding applied for due to being in YR II for DJS and BHA grants.

This coincides with PM #3. BHA: Substance Use Prevention and Opioid Misuse Prevention Program. DJS: Bridge/Teen Court. OPSC grants were shifted to Circuit Court reflecting decrease. Performance Measure 5: Serve at risk youth and adults in programs

Provide children, youth, and adults who are at risk of substance use/mental health issues with support through Bridge/Teen

Each of these programs are grant funded and have performance measurements within each grant to adhere to. Overall it is

This measure tracks the number of overdoses and fatal overdoses in the county.

Tracking the percentage of overdoses in the county is an indicator of what implementations are needed in the county and areas
