PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will provide walking trail improvements to Robert Copenhaver Park for the Joppatowne community. Copenhaver Park is also a park site used by the Joppatowne football program. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations.
