PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes construction, renovations, and equipment improvements for dog parks throughout the County. The County currently has three locations with identified off-leash dog parks. These facilities are increasingly popular and funding for this project can be used to create new off-leash dog parks, as well as enhance and improve existing dog parks with equipment and amenities. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations.
