ORIGIN & PURPOSE: Per Executive Order No. 23-04, the Division of Property Acquisition was moved from Administration to the Department of Procurement. This Division is responsible for property acquisition, property appraisals, contract negotiations with property owners, condemnation and surplus property.

This Division to be moved to The Law Department for better oversight in FY 25
