PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project allows Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) to plan for facility needs, program needs, balance enrollment, and develop scope studies for major capital projects. HCPS believes proper planning is imperative to efficiently maintaining facilities to provide a safe, secure, and healthy learning environment that is conducive to effective teaching and learning, creativity and innovation. FY 26 funding for consulting services dedicated to redistricting efforts. This initiative is planned to align with the opening of the new elementary school, the Harford Academy project. It aims to proactively address enrollment shifts, support the implementation of the Blueprint for Maryland's Future, and enhance resource allocation to meet evolving educational needs.
