PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes the development of a 71-acre site centrally located in Harford County. Three Recreation Councils (Hickory/ Fountain Green, Forest Hill, and Emmorton) contributed funds towards site acquisition and will share facilities. Population growth in this area will create demand for additional recreation facilities. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks, and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations.
