PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes the development of a passive park on the Soma area of Heavenly Waters Park. The County is working to complete the repurchase of 25 acres on the site. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program Recommendations.
