PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes remediation of the dredged material placement site at Swan Harbor Farms. This site supports dredging projects in the City of Havre de Grace, including the City Yacht Basin. This proejct will be funded by the Waterway Improvement Program with the Department of Natural Resources. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks, and Recreation Plan and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations.
