PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Conversion of Aldino Stepney Road from MD Route 22 to Gilbert Road and Gilbert Road from Long Drive to Aldino Stepney Road from a tar & chip surface to an asphalt surface. Project is needed due to increased traffic on roadways as a result of adjacent developments. Developers are contibuting funding for the project.

This project is consistent with the Master Planning goal of maintaining a safe and adequate transportation system to serve existing and future populations.
