PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A preliminary engineering study is to be performed on Joppa Farm Road between US 40 and Barksdale Road to determine possible improvements to improve road safety, reduce future road maintenance and improve walking and cycling options. This project is consistent with the Master Planning goal of maintaining a safe and adequate transportation to serve existing and future populations.
