PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will provide for the funding of design, permits and construction of a parallel to the existing Bynum Run interceptor, from Wheel Road to the Plumtree Interceptor, near MacPhail. This project consists of two phases. Phase 6 is approximately 5,200 linear feet from GIS Asset ID manhole #104091 and traverse from Wheel Road to Patterson Mill Road. Phase 7 is approximately 6,400 linear feet from GIS Asset ID manhole #104091 to manhole #104200 and runs from near Patterson Mill Road to MacPhail Road. This project is required to ensure capacity for new connections in the Development Envelope surrounding Bel Air and to help avoid sanitary sewer overflows. A recent sewer modeling study indicates that phase 6 of the project should be initiated.
