FY 27 Projects include: to improve traffic capacity and safety on MD Rt 22 between MD Rt 136 and MD Rt 155; and the MD 7 at MD 136 intersection; and the Grafton Shop Road at MD 23 intersection. The Maryland State Highway Administration is administering the project with Harford County contributing toward the project cost. FY 28 funding for Stepney Road at Maryland Route 7.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is to provide support for State and County joint funded road improvement projects where the State is administering projects with a County contribution for project cost. This project is consistent with the Master Planning goal of maintaining a safe and adequate transportation system to serve existing and future populations. Other funding appropriation authority provided to accept Developer funding toward projects.
