ORIGIN & PURPOSE: The Division is administered by the Chief of Facilities and Operations who reports directly to the Deputy Director of Highways. The division of Lease Administrative Support is responsible for the lease management for the County's 614 +/- properties. GOAL: To balance the goals and budget of County government when supporting real property while being equitable to Harford County Citizens
