COUNTY EXECUTIVE'S GOALS, OBJECTIVES, AND STRATEGIES Effective Governance Objective : Ensure Harford County Government functions efficiently, ethically, and for the benefit of its citizens. Core Strategies : Build trust and foster long-term relationships with our employees, partners, and the community through ethical operations Create effective and transparent operations throughout government and strive to be efficient and collaborative, both internally and externally Establish proactive and informative communication to achieve trust and participation among citizens and employees Develop evidence-based policies through strategic planning, impact analysis and robust monitoring Maintain a climate of good morale and reinforce training and development throughout our workforce Ensure Harford County Government policies and actions align with the County Charter and Code Fiscal Responsibility Objective : As a cornerstone of our county's success, we will govern within our means to support our communities and expand economic opportunity.
