ORIGIN & PURPOSE: HarfordTV (HTV) is a public, educational and governmental channel that functions as Harford County's community access station. HTV is dedicated to serving the growing population of Harford County, the Harford County Government, and the County's Emergency Response Center. HTV supports public and non-public education. GOALS: To significantly expand the programming and services provided by HTV, especially local programming To upgrade technical equipment to enhance the quality of HTV programs and make HTV digitally compatible To work with the HTV Board and the County Council to ensure that they continue to meet the future needs of the growing population
