MISCELLANEOUS INCREASES $2,936,690 State-mandated cost shift to County Government for Teacher Pensions: $4,834,771, an increase of $1,449,286 over FY26. State-mandated cost shift to County Government for costs associated with private Pre K: $1,487,404.
