Markline Farm est. 1900 - Aberdeen, MD Current Owners: Robert Markline and Elizabeth Markline Original Purchaser: John Runan and then his daughter Laura Markline Current Acreage: 29 Current Agricultural Products or Services: 10 acres farmed, horses, chickens, and beef cows Preserved Bob's grandmother was born here in 1900 and lived for 100 years. We purchased the farm from her estate in 2022 and have lived here since then. We have reclaimed land left fallow, removed old fence rows, improved the land around the house, and redone the barn. We are in the process of redoing the equipment garage. We put the farm in the Land Preservation Program and plan to pass it on to a daughter. It is important that the farm stay in the family and continue this legacy.

There are so many memories including helping my father and grandfather with chores.
