Project Schedule/Status:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Conservation easements help preserve Harford County's forests and other natural resources that are imperative to maintaining water quality. This project will be used to build a program for creating and maintaining conservation easements, which are designated by MDE as an alternative practice for obtaining impervious acres credit toward the County's municipal MS4 permit requirement.
