Manage project construction and inspections - to deliver projects that meet design intent, contract requirements, and applicable codes. Department Objective 1. Improve Capital Project Processes through lessons learned meetings. Conduct at least 2 meetings per year. 2. Develop procedures to document lessons learned as they occur, convey lessons learned to appropriate staff, and implement an organized file storage/ retrieval process that allow staff to find applicable lessons learned.
