This grant funds numerous programs and services for Alternative Dispute Resolution, facilitated visitation, psychological evaluations, personnel and services for children's groups, and child custody investigations. This grant focuses on representing the best interest of abused, neglected and dependent children in Court proceedings. Provide access/visitation services to non-custodial parents. Goal is to develop and produce 50 visitation plans targeting separated families in which child support and access is the issue. This program assists in developing and implementing strategies specifically intended to provide assistance to victims of crime in the State of Maryland.
