Technology and equipment upgrades and training to improve the investigation and prosecution of internet crimes against children. Secure products and services to improve investigation of child abuse and exploitation crimes, better present evidence in the courtroom, and raise awareness of child abuse prevention. The project will develop timely and accurate intelligence with the goal of dismantling organized criminal activity throughout Harford County. Grant funds provide salaries, overtime for law enforcement, training and equipment.
