Department Goal:
Maintain, improve and develop safe and secure department facilities, park sites and greenways/trails. To provide excellent customer service. Department Objective: During the reporting period, Parks & Recreation aims to reduce the average days to complete Constituent service request using both in-house and contracted resources to (5) business days or less (in-house) and 14 days or less (contracted).

Explanation and Analysis of Performance Measures Constituent service encompasses a wide array tasks and Parks & Recreation considers each request a top priority. Reducing the days to complete constituent service requests will promote the Administration's goals and priorities and at the same time improve relations. While we are bound by the current contract we are working with our contractor to reduce the number of days to complete a request. On 5 occasions, in-house crews completed service requests on the same day they were submitted.
