*In FY20, OCED outsourced the Federal Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Program grant totaling $928,419 to a local non-profit. The department lost one (1) full time grant funded position. Also in FY20, the State Homeless Solutions Program totaling $430,100 grant was outsourced to a local nonprofit.
