Performance Measure 1: Number of vehicles and equipment ABOUT THIS MEASURE: Track the number of vehicles and equipment in our fleet

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: Fleet has been tasked with the maintenance of the Counties ambulance fleet, this is adding an additional 36 more units to our current fleet, plus DES units such as the chase cars, cars for the 15 additional supervisor, and ambulance repairs expected to be $500,000 additional funding to maintain due to acquiring volunteer aged equipment. It is important for Fleet Management to track the number of vehicles and equipment in our Fleet, first and foremost as it effects our maintenance contract. The price of Target and Non Target under this maintenance contract come from the number of units, age, maintenance etc..Fleet is able to keep track of these units through our maintenance system, Faster.
