Performance Measure 1: Communications/Training ABOUT THIS MEASURE: To provide on-going information exchange that will span topics such as benefits, wellness, policy changes, hiring practices, training opportunities, and safety guidelines. WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: Develop and conduct management training for management-level personnel that covers HR policies, management concepts, and updates to Union contracts. FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: Performance Measure 2: Advancement/Pay Study ABOUT THIS MEASURE: Attract and retain a talented and dedicated workforce by providing opportunities
and closely monitoring job related skills needed in the workspace.
WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: Develop and monitor the effectiveness of compensation policies. All jobs filled are reviewed for internal and external equity. Ensure internal equity and market
