These funds support case management, guardianship, center operations, senior care services and many other aspects of our agency's services and operations

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

Funding is at a higher level due to Federal Emergency funds related to COVID which will end in FY24

Performance Measure 2: Number of responses to requests for senior services ABOUT THIS MEASURE: This number reflects the volume of requests for assistance we receive from the community

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Every call,and email request must be triaged and referred to the appropriate staff person or agency

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

Numerous factors contribute to an increase in requests incluidng increasing demographics and economic hardship
