Performance Measure 1: Grants and sponsorships to finance initiatives ABOUT THIS MEASURE:
This measure tracks funding applied for and received by the state to implement initiatives to improve the lives of children and families in the county.
WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:
Successfully implement programs to support families of incarcerated parents, at risk youth including childhood hunger, and Adverse Childhood Experiences program focused on mental health.
FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:
Performance Measure 2: Number of individuals of all abilities who are provided services ABOUT THIS MEASURE: This measure tracks number of individuals in the county provided services through programming by the Office of Disability Provide financial and development assistance to public and private organizations that deliver human services to children, youth and families especially at risk families
WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: Support community programs that assist people with disabilities with employment/inclusion

Promote and facilitate the independence of people with disabilities in all aspects of community life
