This measure tracks the number of HCPS buildings connected to the County VoIP system.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Migrating HCPS buildings off aging voice mail systems to HCG VoIP system to reduce cost and increase operational efficiencies.

Funding, equipment availability, and having required technical resources available to support the project. Performance Measure 3: Additional number of HMAN miles of fiber installed

This measure tracks the miles of fibers installed for the HMAN and rural broadband expansion projects.

Connecting additional County buildings to HMAN and building fiber infrastructure for rural broadband.

This measure tracks the expansion of existing Applications/Software used by the County.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Expanding the use of existing Applications/Software used by County employees and partners to increase operational efficiencies and provide access to County services.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

Performance Measure 6: Technology refresh cycle of replacement in years (Departments, GIS, HMAN) Having technical resources and SMEs available to expand the use of existing Applications/Software used by the County.

This measure tracks the age of technology to ensure a schedule is maintained to refresh aging hardware and software.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

This measure tracks the Technology refresh schedule to ensure the County is utilizing the latest technology. (Departments, GIS, HMAN).
