Performance Measure 1: Monitoring Retention Rates of Employees ABOUT THIS MEASURE:
Monitor retention rates of employees.
WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: Ensure a minimum staffing level of two clinicians per unit along with management staff. Our turnover rate helps by forecasting hiring personnel in the years to come.
FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:
Turn over rates give us guidance on mainatianing/hiring of personnel. Along with improving our daily operations to ensure employees succeed at DES.

Response rates of EMS units.
WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: NFPA requires a EMS unit to respond in a specific amount of time after dispatch
FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: Crews have to maintain a mininum response time 24/7/365
