WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Use of Operative IQ maintains PAR numbers to maintain proper supplies for EMS units while eliminating unnessary bulk orders ensuring that supplies are being utilized prior to their expiration dates.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

We have moved from using one supply room to utilizing vending type machines to control supply usage, weekly cycle count checks and a system of checks and balances.
