WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

Special Operations Technicians need to be proficient in the tasks for their job. Personnel maintain this proficiency by training on a regular basis.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

We provide training to meet our job performance requirements (JPRs) on a monthly basis.

Number of Required Training Hours

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: We have to meet training requirements set by NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency) and OSHA/MOSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration/Maryland Occupational Safety

and Health Administration.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE:

We provide training specific to the different rescue/hazmat disciplines for all members.
