Number of staff hours to provide supplemental internal or external training

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK: Track number of staff and hours needed for both required training and other training. FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: Helps ensure we have adequate staffing to meet future training needs.

We track these statistics for the MD 9-1-1 Board
