Ensure adequate staff are assigned to efficiently cover an event. We want to avoid over or under staffing.

Number of 9-1-1 calls to the 9-1-1 Center.

We track these statistics for the MD 9-1-1 Board

We also use this statistical information for staffing reviews and possible funding requests.

WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:
We track the staff needed to train as some trainings have minimum and maximum staff to trainee ratios.
