Mission: To govern with exceptional integrity, competence, transparency, and fiscal responsibility, to improve the quality of life for all Harford citizens. Alignment to Countywide Strategic Goals Effective Governance - Ensure Harford County Government functions efficiently, ethically, and for the benefit of its citizens. Emergency Response & Public Safety - Maintain public safety by funding and fostering collaboration among various agencies and stakeholders in emergency response and improve readiness and response through training, planning, and resource allocation. Education & Community Support - Aim to provide high-quality learning and experiences that foster the intellectual, social, physical, and emotional development of the community. Economic Prosperity - Enhance economic prosperity and security for individuals in Harford County.

Performance Measure 1: Develop a Community Based Development Organization (CBDO) ABOUT THIS MEASURE: county government would have restrictions in accomplishing. Partnering with 755 Alliance enhances their mission and Adding CBDO's can aid in applying for and securing more grant opportunities. It enables an avenue to pursue projects that

work while providing avenues for the county to fulfill needed projects. WHAT IS BEING DONE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRACK:

As newly formed CBDO, monitoring successes are essential to track funding and successful assistances and projects.

FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO CURRENT PERFORMANCE: Over past years, 755 Alliance has done a superb job assisting people and families with rental assistance, eviction as it is now the public's money that is being distributed. . 755 has performed very well and is continuing to expand. Performance Measure 2: Attend and participate in HOA community meetings prevention and auto repairs. They have a history of proper screening practices. The responsibility is now a higher standard
