ORIGIN & PURPOSE: The Department of Human Resources strives to identify, develop, recruit, and retain the talent necessary for the various departments of Harford County to achieve their strategic plans; to promote a positive attitude within the workforce through communication and education of policies, procedures and programs with support, equality, trust and respect; and to accomplish these goals in the most efficient manner.
