PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes the construction of active recreation facilities on the 41 acre parcel adjacent to Edgeley Grove Farm. This parcel is relatively level and well suited for baseball/softball diamonds as well as multipurpose fields and will provide facilities needed by the Fallston Recreation Council. Ancillary uses such as parking, storage buildings, and picnic pavilions will be provided on the site. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation plan and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations.
