PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project proposes improvements to Chapel Road Park in Havre de Grace. The park was developed in 2010 and includes four multipurpose fields, a walking trail, and parking. Future improvements could include a playground, bathroom/storage building, parking lot lighting, and other park amenities. This project supports the goals and objectives of the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks, and Recreation plan and its Capital Improvement Program recommendations.
